UPS - The Shipping Advantage
International Shipping
We ship anywhere in the world. Below is a chart the will give you an estimate of
how much shipping charges are calculated. These amounts fluctuate based on
weight of box, size of box and various destinations. You will be charged
according to the rates we are charged.

We ship
your international package via United States Postal Service - It usually
takes between 5 and 10 working days for your package to arrive once it is
shipped. You can call us with special needs at 386-615-6735.
Sales Tax
Sales tax
is charged only on orders sent within the state of Florida at a rate of 6.5%.
Florida State laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the
order.
Paying by Credit
Card
We accept
Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Discover. You can safely enter your
entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted
information.
Paying By Check
Or Postal Money Order
We do
accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all
orders.
Once you
have fully submitted your order, you can send payment to the address below.
Please be sure to write your e-mail address on the check or money order so we
may properly credit your account.

Currently
we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or
checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also
have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the
bottom of the check.
Paying by
check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't ship the items to you
until your funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal
check typically delays your order two to three weeks.
Exchanges and Order Cancellation Policy
Damaged Goods -
We ship UPS and all packages are insured for a minimum of $100. Please keep the
package and the contents and we will contact UPS for reimbursement and product
replacement.
Orders usually
ship within 5 days of ordering. For expedited shipping, please call 386-615-6735 for assistance.
We ONLY accept
pre-approved exchanges. All merchandise received must be in "Like New" and
unopened merchandise in order for a credit to your charge card to occur.
Merchandise that has been played with or is received in a condition which is not
resalable, will not receive any refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
You cannot
cancel an order after you submit an order due to the expense associated in
processing orders. In addition, refused orders are subject to a 20% restocking
fee plus applicable shipping & handling charges. If you have questions prior to

without prior exchange procedures will not be accepted.
Pre-order items
or items out of stock will be shipped as soon as they become available. Shipping
time can be delayed considerably based on time it takes to restock item. All
pre-orders will be given top priority regarding fulfillment.
If you return
goods that received FREE SHIPPING, a charge of $8 or more dollars will be
charged to your charge card you authorized. If in entering your destination
address you make any addressing errors, we will later charge whatever we must
pay in correction fees to your original charge card as a separate transaction.
If your designated receiver changes the delivery address and we incur any
additional fees, these too will be charged as a separate transaction to the
charge card you authorized.
